Announcement    We are not responsible for any lost or damaged items once your package is handed off to USPS. We take photos of every order once they're packaged for USPS claims purposes and we opt for a 'safer' packaging method rather than a 'stylish' one. As much as we wish we could use cute packaging, this is to assure that your candles are as safe as possible in transit :) However, we do offer gift wrapping for an additional fee. If your product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We might ask for photos of the damage AND the box so we can then assist you in filing a claim with USPS. Not all orders automatically come with shipping insurance; please carefully look over your shipping selection and you can also add insurance to your package for an additional cost. This will be through USPS, not through us.

We do not accept returns, unfortunately. No refunds will be given on any shipped** item, only exchanges EXCEPT*** for orders that have been customized as we cannot resell them. The shipping costs will be your responsibility if you request an exchange and the new candle will not be sent out until we have received the old one and have verified it's still in new condition.
